Violet Ndoro

Deputy Director –  Bank Supervision, Surveillance & Financial Stability. Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.

Violet has over 25 years experience in financial sector regulation and supervision.  Over the years, she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of risk-based supervision framework, and other supervisory directives and guidelines for supervising the banking sector in Zimbabwe.  She is also the Sustainability Champion for the banking sector sustainability certification program in Zimbabwe  

Violet holds a Master of Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University (UK) and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Finance from the National University of Science and Technology Zimbabwe (NUST). She also holds a Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe (IOBZ) and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Zimbabwe.
