Prior to this role he served as a manager in charge of the Financial Sector Policy. In both roles, he led the development of regulatory frameworks and policy reforms to safeguard financial stability, address emerging risks, and promote a resilient and inclusive financial sector, while advising management and engaging key stakeholders.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previously, Olivier worked at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) as a Principal Examiner, ensuring high-quality education and examinations for Certified Accounting Technician and Certified Public Accountant qualifications. Before joining ICPAR, he was an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda, where he taught business-related courses. Additionally, he has worked as an Audit Consultant and Professional Training Consultant for different organizations. Olivier holds a Master of Science in International Trade Policy and Trade Law and a Master of Financial Management.
